《On the Road 義式手工冰淇淋專賣店》主要就是以Ｇelato，之前去歐洲旅行幾乎看到Ｇelato都會來上一隻，尤其是小天使的，能在台灣吃到道地的義式手工冰淇淋Ｇelato，就覺得很開心，《On the Road 義式手工冰淇淋專賣店》營業時間是從12點賣到晚上10點，當天是平日下午兩點來到店裡，雖然內用空間不大，但幾乎是全滿的，而且還蠻多外帶去吃。

On the Road 菜單其實就是看冰櫃來點，不管是那種口味價格都是一樣的，分成單球60元、雙球110元還有三球165元，On the Road 菜單除了杯裝跟甜筒外，還有分成小的分享杯跟1L家庭號，第一次來一律都點三球，哈哈哈，因為你不知道吃什麼，再加上種類也多，所以不點個三球試試看口味，尤其是那種有層次口味，會混口味的成本更高一些，一定要點，等吃喜歡了，再點大份的，記得有些口味是季節限定，常來的話也一定要試。

DDP認證開心果／粉粉小西瓜

一般冰淇淋會走香草跟巧克力等等，但後來開心果也變成主流，可是你知道嗎？開心果的成本就是貴，吃到都算賺到，吃起來的香甜味不會太重，還有一股淡雅的香氣，整個還不賴。粉粉小西瓜光粉色就看起來很誘人，吃起來很有水果的香甜，西瓜味道很討喜。

抹茶柚子脆片

採用京都抹茶去做成的抹茶冰淇淋，吃起來沒有那種重口味，但抹茶茶香味道很足不會太苦，有一點奶味，讓茶味有一點滑順，單抹茶就很好吃的了，上面的脆片還用上的是法芙娜柚子奇想巧克力，讓抹茶的層次也不太一樣，多了一點酸甜，從入口的茶香滑順到後段的水果酸甜，整體來說超級推薦。

柚香檸檬雪酪

柚香檸檬雪酪層次感做得很足，底是用檸檬雪酪，然後還加入了柚子果粒進去，吃起來帶有柚香與檸檬香甜，吃起來很清爽，微酸度讓其無負擔，甜度也不會太重，另外還有柚子果粒口感整個還不賴。

義式冰淇淋早期可能以巧克力、香草與開心果這些口味為主，但近期新口味冰淇淋就是讓吃起來不是單一會比較有層次，像《On the Road 義式手工冰淇淋專賣店》的柚香檸檬雪酪就是層次做得很好，是店裡面的熱門款，還有像《On the Road 義式手工冰淇淋專賣店》以法芙娜柚子奇想巧克力與京都抹茶做出抹茶柚子脆片，也是非常有層次，有酸甜有茶香。
